The University of Iowa is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to support the UI REACH program within the College of Education. This role reports to the director and coordinates office procedures, data management, and CMS activities, including Salesforce liaison and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities include staff training, procurement workflow, and serving as the front-line liaison to students, families, and the public while maintaining policy-compliant processes.
The Administrative Services Coordinator will c oordinate administrative operations for the UI REACH program in the College of Education. Provide support to director and administrators and coordinate office procedures, processes, content management systems, and workflow. The Administrative Services Coordinator coordinates the front-line liaison position from UI REACH to its constituents, including UI REACH students, staff, faculty, families, and the public.
This is a full-time specified term appointment with the possibility for renewal at the end of the term.
UI REACH (Realizing Educational and Career Hopes) is nested in the UI College of Education and is a comprehensive transition program for college-age studentswith intellectual, cognitive, and learning disabilities. UI REACH offers an integrated college experience in a caring and structured environment.
