Job summary

The County of Riverside's RUHS-BH is seeking an Administrative Services Analyst I/II to support program operations in Riverside. Responsibilities include fiscal analysis, grant management, and administrative support across Behavioral Health programs.

Position requires independent research, data reporting, and effective communication with executive leadership. Valid CA driver’s license is required, with a 9/80 schedule and starting times around 7:30am.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of administration, organization and management; fiscal management and budgetary control.
• Ability to collect and evaluate data; communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Experience with grantsmanship and contract monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct studies of operational, service and programmatic activities; develop reports and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost/benefit analysis; monitor expenditures against guidelines.
• Monitor adherence to contract terms and develop/clarify procedures.
• Assist in grant applications; prepare data for management decisions and reports.
• Direct, train, and evaluate clerical/technical staff as needed.
