Job summary

Kendall Auto Group is hiring an Office Scanner/Courier to join the accounting team in Anchorage. You will scan and file documents, review dealer folders for electronic scanning, and perform general clerical tasks.

Additionally, you will drive a company vehicle to in-town locations, coordinate pickups, complete delivery logs, and ensure safe vehicle operation. Ideal candidates have a valid license, can work independently, and handle repetitive tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver license with a driving record acceptable to Kendall insurance companies.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain focus while doing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scan, file, and organize paper files and maintain a filing system.
• Review and process vehicle deal folders for electronic scanning.
• General office clerical tasks.
• Drive company vehicle between in-town locations; navigate city streets and use GPS.
• Coordinate vehicle operation and schedule pickups/drop-offs per Accounting requests.
• Complete delivery logs and bank transactions; perform safety checks on vehicles.
• Fuel vehicles and remove snow for safe driving conditions.
• Work independently for extended periods during shifts.
