Job summary

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Office Scanner/Courier to join the accounting team in Anchorage. You will handle scanning, filing and basic clerical tasks as part of the office workflow, and also perform courier duties a few hours daily, driving a company vehicle between local locations.

The role requires a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record, plus excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Scanning, filing and organizing paper files and maintaining a filing system
• Review and process vehicle deal folders for electronic scanning
• General office clerical tasks

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle between in-town locations and coordinate pick up/drop off times
• Read maps, signs and use GPS for navigation
• Complete delivery logs and bank transactions
• Perform visual safety inspection of vehicle and fuel as needed
• Work unsupervised for extended periods during shifts
• Candidate must have a driver license with acceptable driving record
