This position pays $15.00/hour, increasing to $15.50/hour after 4pm. The full-time shift schedule (40 hours/week), including holidays, is:

  • Friday - Tuesday: 3pm-11pm, Wed/Thu: OFF
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and calls, answer phones, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Type reports, correspondence, and handle mail.
  • Maintain centralized files, including employee records and time tracking.
  • Assist with new employee orientation and paperwork.
  • Support special projects like registration, fleet maintenance, and vehicle tracking.
  • Order supplies, maintain office equipment, and coordinate vendor contacts.
  • Make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Handle cash, prepare deposits, and manage cash control.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service and office admin experience.
  • At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
  • Basic PC skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Valid driver’s license with minimal violations and no recent DUI/DWI convictions.
  • Willing to accept starting pay of $15.00/hr, increasing after 4pm.
  • English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Willing to work at Orlando Airport (32827).
  • Available for the specified full-time shift, including holidays, with religious exceptions.
