Qualifications

  • Or 6 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 1, 16871.
  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administrative duties and make recommendations regarding program activities.
  • Receive, document, and review documents required of active oil and gas well owners, ultimately recommending for approval or rejection.
  • Provide technical information and advice to administrators to aid in decision-making regarding program activities.
  • Originate routine business letters reflecting standard procedures.
  • Perform public relations duties by researching and responding to inquiries.
  • Starting hourly pay of $23.65/hr. with multiple pay increases over your first 5.5 years of service, with an end salary of $28.76/hr.
  • There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied.

What you will do…
  • Perform routine administrative duties and make recommendations regarding program activities.
