Michael Page is seeking an Administrative Practice Coordinator in New York City to support attorneys with complex administrative tasks, calendar management, and travel arrangements, including visa and passport materials. The role collaborates with practice group partners and business services to ensure exceptional client service in a hybrid NYC office.
The position requires 2+ years in a legal environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility for later shifts.
The Administrative Practice Coordinator will support attorneys by managing administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting business development and marketing efforts and executing other complex tasks and projects. The Administrative Practice Coordinator collaborates closely with the practice group partners along with other Firm departments and business services professionals to ensure exceptional client service to ensure coverage later into the evening.
