The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $43,500 - $56,600 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, relevant education, training, or a combination of these and market demand. Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality experience for employees, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders within manufacturing operations. This position involves supporting the day-to-day operations within domestic manufacturing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Engagement Activities

    • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote collaboration and morale.
  2. Promoting Employee Experience

    • Assist in providing an optimal employee experience in partnership with HRBP and Operations.
  3. Manufacturing Processing Workflow

    • Assist in tracking production in real-time to resolve material and ticketing issues, and proactively manage workflows to minimize bottlenecks and delays.
  4. Training System Management

    • Manage and maintain the training system to ensure team members have access to relevant learning resources.
Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years of experience in a related area or role.
  • High level of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Additional Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio.
