The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $43,500 - $56,600 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a high level experience for both employees, others internal stakeholders and external stakeholders within manufacturing operations. This position involves supporting the day-to-day operations within domestic manufacturing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engagement Activities

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote collaboration and morale.

Promoting Employee Experience

In partnership with HRBP and Operations, assist in providing optimal employee experience

Manufacturing Processing Workflow

Assist in tracking production in real time to resolve material and ticketing issues, and proactively manage workflows to minimize bottlenecks and delays.

Training System Management

Manage and maintain the training system to ensure team members have access to relevant learning resources.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Two years of experience in a related area or role

High level of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Microsoft Project

Microsoft Visio
