Qualifications

  • Experience advising management in budget, civilian personnel management, and training.
  • Experience developing budgets and coordinating scheduling and execution.
  • Experience with records management, property management, or timekeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate administrative services: personnel management, financial resources management, procurement, warehousing, records management, property management, employee timekeeping, and general office services.
  • Utilize policies and directives to execute administrative and personnel duties.
  • Analyze and organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and report on progress.
  • Coordinate with management officials, LMER and Civilian Personnel Advisory Center representatives on HR matters.
  • Manage on-site financial GPC and overhead resources.
  • Supervise staff and provide leadership to accomplish project goals.
  • Coordinate administrative work of clerical staff and ensure priorities are met.
  • Ensure procurement complies with regulations.
