Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour | Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
  • 1+ years of administrative, office support, operations, or coordination experience preferred.
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information in a professional environment.
  • Experience with document management, scanning, electronic filing, and records organization.
  • Experience preparing reports, expense documentation, reconciliations, or administrative tracking reports.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior experience supporting financial services, wealth management, banking, accounting, or professional services teams is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer and managing administrative tasks.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including document scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, scanners, printers, and related technology.
  • Ability to review documents and information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while handling high‑volume administrative work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
Job Duties
  • Provide administrative and operational support to multiple advisor teams in a fast‑paced wealth management environment.
  • Prepare, review, edit, and format confidential client correspondence and business documents.
  • Manage document workflows including scanning, indexing, electronic filing, archiving, and record maintenance across multiple systems.
  • Assist with preparation of travel expense reports, billing allocation reports, and administrative reconciliations.
  • Process time‑sensitive quarterly client tax payments while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Support advisors and internal teams with administrative projects and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Follow established procedures for handling confidential and sensitive financial information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and support operational efficiency.
