Provides branch-level administrative and operational support to ensure accurate financial processing and office coordination. Processes invoices, reconciles accounts, and supports daily office functions under the direction of the Branch Manager. Maintains documentation and vendor relationships to support branch operations. Ensures timely resolution of routine administrative and financial matters.
High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.
1-3 years of experience in administrative support, accounts payable, order processing, or a related field required. Experience in construction supply or equipment operations preferred.
