As an Administrative Officer 1, you will be responsible for a large contract management program, which includes contracts with agents in other states, ensuring compliance, and overseeing clerical staff. You will receive, review, and either approve or reject Third-Party CDL Skills and Non CDL Testing Services Agreements, in addition to administering usage of software used in the day-to-day operation of the unit, managing contract workflow, and coordinating complex procurements for the organization. Within this role you will also manage the organization's budget, select contractors, and manage departmental policies and procedures.
