As an Administrative Officer 1, you will have a crucial role in managing the administrative tasks of various offices and ensuring their smooth operations. You will work closely with human resources, hiring managers, and deputate leadership to oversee the deputate complement and ensure proper management of the federally mandated state training coordinator role. Your responsibilities will also include processing checks for licensure and fines for the Division of Nursing Care Facilities, Safety Inspection, Acute and Ambulatory Care, Home Health, Indoor Tanning Program, and the Temporary Health Care Services Agencies. Additionally, you will be responsible for procuring office supplies, information technology purchases, and shipping labels, as well as reconciling credit card transactions, completing budget sheets, and maintaining accountability for the quality assurance cell phone account. Another important aspect of your role will involve processing DOH travel and training and education reimbursement requests.
