Job description

E-logic is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer ready to take their technical skills into the field for hands-on component verification and system alignments for In-Service Aircraft Carrier Program Office (PMS 312) and the Aircraft Carrier Inactivation and Disposal Program Office (PMS 368) from U.S. Department of the Navy, operating under NAVSEA (Naval Sea Systems Command). You will serve as a crucial link between active engineering drawings and physical inventory, cross-referencing complex drawing data with National Stock Numbers (NSN) and auditing Planned Maintenance System (PMS) configurations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the extraction of raw drawing data and equipment part numbers to cross-reference with National Stock Numbers (NSN).
  • Validate Planned Maintenance System (PMS) configuration data alignments against engineering documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to verify Operating Space Items (OSI) hardware material counts and parameters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • No previous professional experience required; 3+ years of engineering experience is preferred.
