Full-time position available with the Health Department, Community and Family Health Education Division, located at 2400 Troost Ave.
Salary Range: $4,619-$6,928/month
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

The Administrative Officer is a professional, highly responsible position that splits time between:
The role oversees contracts and budgets, coordinates regional and community leads, designs data-collection systems, and translates findings into actionable recommendations for healthier, more equitable neighborhoods. Weekend shifts may be required for large outreach events, and regular travel within the city is expected to conduct site visits and partner meetings.
REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional experience in business or public sector administration, including at least 2 years performing administrative and/or supervisory work involving more complex projects or programs; OR an equivalent combination of qualifying education and experience with at least 2 years performing administrative and/or supervisory work involving more complex projects or programs.

Non-residents must obtain residency within Kansas City, Missouri, within nine months of appointment.
