Cecil County Health Department in Elkton, MD seeks a supervisor to lead the Agency's General Transportation program and Fleet Services, ensuring efficient operations and compliance. This role provides support to all divisions and requires a high school diploma with at least one year of administrative experience.
Substitutions allowed: 30 college credits or U.S. Armed Forces staff experience may count toward the qualification requirements.
The main purpose of this position is to supervise the Agency's General Transportation program and Fleet Services. This position supports the Health Department's mission by providing support services to all divisions.
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
One year of administrative staff or professional work.
1. Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer involving staff work that included regular use of independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting complex administrative plans, policies, rules or regulations or analysis of operational programs or procedures with recommendations for improvement on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
