Position: Administrative Office Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Wage: 20-22$ per hour

Scope of Position & Responsibilities: The Administrative Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the site. This includes a variety of duties aimed at ensuring smooth office functioning and providing essential support to both clinical and psychiatric staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist duties for clients and visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to psychiatric staff.
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts.
  • Collect copays and process payments.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Handle medical record requests.
  • Maintain all clinical and administrative records.
  • Ensure the upkeep of office equipment.
  • Purchase office supplies and manage petty cash.
  • Handle weekly bank deposits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Technical Competencies

  • High accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work effectively with both clinical and psychiatric staff.
  • Ability to handle difficult phone calls in a calm and respectful manner.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
