Job summary

Young Life's Clearwater Cove campground in Lampe, MO is seeking an Administrative Manager II to oversee camp operations and administrative services. This full-time role manages reservations, HR records, budgeting and data systems, and supports guest and staff experience.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS, has 4–6 years of administrative or project-management experience, demonstrates leadership and spiritual maturity, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Young Life as a staff person or volunteer.
• Spiritual maturity including discernment with ability to contribute to difficult decision processes.
• 4-6 years administrative, project management or similar experience.
• Experience in training and leading teams.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and teaches others to do the same.
• Experience in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to find answers.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn/use Young Life internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative operations at camp.
• Manage reservations and guest services.
• Coordinate HR processes for staff and volunteers.
• Maintain financial records and budget for the Administrative department.
• Lead training and development for volunteers, work crews and staff.
