Job summary

Young Life LoneHollow Ranch in Texas Hill Country is seeking an Administrative Department leader to oversee all camp admin operations, staff development, finances and hospitality, enabling teams and volunteers to deliver exceptional camping experiences.

The role requires 4–6 years of admin or project management experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and commitment to Young Life’s mission. Housing and meals may be provided; base pay ranges from $51,500 to $64,475 per year.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or life experience.
• 4-6 years administrative, project management or similar experience.
• Experience in training and leading teams.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and teaches others to do the same.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn Young Life internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Intentionally provide opportunities for staff to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus.
• Equip servant leaders who anticipate and respond to guest needs through Christ-like service.
• Lead HR for camp, including maintaining staff files, on-boarding new employees and sick/vacation records for salaried staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of camp accounting processes, including financial reports and budgets.
• Develop and train staff to participate in comprehensive stewardship, time management, and performance metrics.
