Jobot, a midsize New York City law firm, seeks an Administrative Litigation Attorney with strong Real Estate Housing Law background. Licensed in NY and 3+ years in Real Estate Administrative or Landlord/Tenant law are required.

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 3 + years of Real Estate Administrative or Landlord/Tenant Law experience.
• Experience with Rent Stabilization Law & Code
• Experience litigating Administrative Law cases before DHCR, the NYS Division of Human Rights, the NYC Commission on Human Rights, and the Supreme Courts. (PLUS!)
