You will supervise staff, coordinate recruitment, oversee timekeeping and budgeting, and coordinate events while improving processes and maintaining compliance with university policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 4 years related work experience preferred.
• Experience supervising administrative staff and coordinating recruitment.
• Ability to manage budgets, timekeeping, and divisional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff and set priorities.
• Liaise between division and operational support teams.
• Lead recruitment activities for administrative roles.
• Approve time and ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Reconcile divisional funds and support fiscal management.
