• Serve as liaison between division and departmental support teams.
• Lead recruitment activities for administrative positions.
• Primary time approver; ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Reconcile divisional funds and support budget management.
• Coordinate events, conferences, and divisional activities.
• Onboard new administrative staff and train existing team.
• Maintain policies and procedures for compliant operations.
