Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative service to the ICPS team, including processing reports and documentation.
• Date-stamp incoming post and distribute to appropriate persons; manage mail.
• Type letters and manage correspondence as required.
• Coordinate and maintain filing systems and databases with service user information.
• Update service user information in IT systems (SystemOne, NDelius).
• Provide clerical support for case records and filing.
• Prepare reports and audits from collected data.
