Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a STEM field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years combined admin and/or teaching experience.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Industry experience is a plus; full-time in industry encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Grow enrollment for the University in alignment with the mission and vision.
• Support and execute academic administrative and operational tasks with a focus on undergraduate programs.
• Instruct students in a STEM discipline (engineering, CS/cybersecurity).
• Provide timely constructive feedback to support student knowledge advancement.
• Promote the University by engaging external opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni.
• Collaborate with government and industry partners to provide opportunities for students.
• Demonstrate leadership in education and professional service.
• Support accreditation and assessment efforts for the Department.
