Job description

Job Title : Administrative Executive Assistant

Location : City Heights, San Diego, CA

Position Overview :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Executive Assistant to support our client's leadership team in City Heights. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage a variety of administrative duties with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
  • Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and organize digital documents
  • Assist with meeting logistics, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups
  • Support project management and team coordination as needed
  • Track and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Working Hours :
  • Full-time
  • Onsite
  • Monday- Friday
  • 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm PST

Details :

  • Located in City Heights, San Diego
  • Contract to hire role
  • Compensation : $22.00 -$28.00 per hour DOE
