CommQuest seeks a Full-time Administrative Engagement Specialist to work at our Psychiatric Outpatient office located in Downtown Canton, OH. The Administrative Engagement Specialist serves as the first point of contact for clients. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in process, managing client registration, collecting payments, and providing timely updates. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with the Finance Enrollment Specialist and other staff to maintain accurate records and ensure a high-quality client experience. With sustainability as a core value of the agency, the Administrative Engagement Specialist plays a vital part in supporting the organization’s business sustainability.
