Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Administrative Director for the Division of Therapeutic Development, Intervention, and Evaluation. This senior role will lead an integrated division spanning clinical, research, education, and administrative functions across associated hospitals.

The AD will manage resources, drive strategic planning, and collaborate with executive leadership to ensure financial performance and operational excellence within the AMC network.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration, academic medicine, hospital operations, or a related healthcare environment.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or personnel management experience, including leading teams and overseeing staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of BWH and MGH divisional operations across clinical, research, education, and administrative functions.
• Oversee all research administration activities including grant development, budgeting, and compliance.
• Oversee divisional budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Provide leadership and supervision of divisional administrative staff and oversee recruitment, compensation, and performance management.
• Coordinate divisional meetings, committees, and leadership initiatives.
