Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior experience and familiarity with the culture and internal tools, enabling faster ramp-up and autonomy. This is a strong plus but not an absolute requirement.
Provide general administrative support primarily for a group.
Coordinate meetings and events; manage department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing and operations.
Complete special projects as assigned and coordinate travel arrangements.
Enforce policies and procedures of the defined team(s).
Skills
1-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and project management skills, a willingness to assist team members, and the ability to relate well with diverse individuals.
Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills are a must.
Working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, with experience using the current version of office productivity tools preferred.
May require the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
