Job summary

Felton Institute is seeking an Administrative Manager for the TCWRT within the MHW program, based in Oakland. You will blend data and administrative operations with accounts payable and fiscal processing, reporting to the Program Manager.

The role emphasizes managing data systems, preparing reports for ACPD/ACBHD, and ensuring audit-ready records, while coordinating with finance for timely payments and expenditures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling at least six years.
• Minimum three years of experience in program data management, contract compliance, or program administration in behavioral health, social services, or justice settings.
• Minimum two years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or fiscal/budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the program’s data infrastructure and manage the ACPD Provider Portal.
• Track and report program performance against AB 109 process, quality, and impact objectives.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ACPD and ACBHD.
