Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, answering questions and addressing concerns with care.
• Review existing client policy portfolio to ensure they have the proper protection for their unique situations.
• Process payments, policy changes, and non-coverage endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Identify potential coverage gaps and explain how additional products might offer better peace of mind.
• Collaborate with our sales team to provide a seamless experience from the initial conversation to ongoing policy maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records in our database to ensure our client information is always up to date.

Requirements

• Active 4-40 Insurance License a plus, but not required
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong command of agency management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
• High attention to detail
• Natural ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
