• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse clerk experience in transportation coordination, inventory, shipping/receiving preferred.
• Ability to make quick, reliable decisions for customers and Ryder.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs admin tasks for area or shift.
• Maintains filing systems per SOP.
• Interacts with customers and contractors about shipment times, loads, and claims.
• Coordinates processing of export orders and paperwork.
• Processes returns in WMS and maintains paperwork.
• Pallet management and pallet count reconciliation.
• Updates area/shift metrics in WMS.
• Overtime as needed.
