Aufgaben

• Assembles records and exhibits for Court of Appeals.
• Monitors appeals and ensures estimated costs are paid.
• Handles inquiries about Workers' Compensation hearings by phone, in person, and in writing to entities including parties, attorneys, insurance representatives, governmental bodies, and constituents.
• Monitors requisitioning of office supplies and equipment.
• Reviews Requests for Approval of Compromise or Lump Sum settlements and advises the Judge.
