Brightpoint Community College invites applications for the position of Administrative Coordinator to support the Brightpoint Community College Foundation. The Administrative Coordinator serves in a critical support capacity for the Foundation, providing administrative, logistical, and operational assistance to the Executive Director, Foundation Board, and Foundation activities. This position is responsible for coordinating office operations, managing administrative processes, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, and ensuring that day-to-day administrative functions are carried out efficiently and accurately. The role supports and implements priorities established by Foundation leadership and does not independently direct Foundation programs, fundraising strategies, or grant activities. The Administrative Coordinator works under the supervision of the Executive Director and performs administrative and operational duties in support of priorities, projects, and initiatives established by Foundation leadership.
This position is primarily administrative in nature and focuses on providing organizational, logistical clerical, and operational support for Foundation activities. The position supports the implementation of Foundation priorities and does not have primary responsibility for fundraising strategy, grant development, program management, or organizational policy decisions.
