Fujitec America is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a part-time temporary assignment. The role provides support for the branch office, handling phones, service dispatch, ticket creation, payroll, and filing.
You’ll assist mechanics and coordinate office operations to maintain smooth workflows. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, strong organizational skills, and comfort with Fujitec systems.
Job Summary
Provide administrative and business detail support for the branch office by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
