Fujitec America is seeking a senior operations leader to manage service, repair and installations across the US. You will oversee processes, budgets and field performance while maintaining safety standards and coordinating with sales and field teams.

18 - (7) Service Mechanics, (3) Repair Mechanics
This role manages subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise employee(s) and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units. The individual also directly supervises nonsupervisory employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. All hiring, coaching, performance management and terminations are to be in coordination with HR support and approval.
The current base pay scale for this position and career level is bolded below:
Level I: $67,772 to $84,922
Level II: $81,169 to $103,903
Level III: $95,545 to $123,861
This base pay range represents the anticipated low and high range of wages for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. [For sales only: This role is also eligible for commissions subject to the terms of the IC agreement.]
In addition to base pay, full-time employees are eligible for insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability) and a 401(k) plan, all subject to the terms and conditions of those plans, which may change from time to time.
