You will coordinate between patients, providers, and partners to ensure a smooth patient experience from first contact through treatment completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider schedules and optimize appointment utilization.
• Prepare daily schedules and ensure documentation is complete.
• Scan, upload, and organize medical records in the EHR.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing.
• Assist with clinic projects, process improvements, and workflow optimization.
• Support onboarding for new employees, including group messaging and office protocols.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities and process payments.
• Maintain accurate billing documentation.
