Dignity Health is seeking a Coordinator to support leadership and ensure high-quality service across Chandler operations. You will manage diverse administrative tasks, maintain confidential information, and help optimize daily workflows at CRMC and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.

You will coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, process reimbursements, and prepare correspondence with clear, accurate writing. A proactive, organized approach is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership and office operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Coordinate meetings, distribute materials, and transcribe minutes.
  • Arrange travel and lodging for events and meetings as needed.

Job Summary And Responsibilities

As a Coordinator, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.

Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks. You will travel between Chandler Regional Medical Center and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. Supporting the Education Manager of the GME Simulation Center.

To thrive in this critical role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to anticipating needs and delivering accurate, timely support.

  • Duties are carried out with the ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to projects or assignments.
  • Organizes meetings including distributing materials, catering requests and transcribing minutes.
  • Helps coordinate special meetings and events as requested, which may include travel and lodging arrangements in a timely manner.
  • Manages scheduling of room reservations for meetings.
  • Processes mileage and travel reimbursement requests for the department.
  • Types correspondence, reports, memoranda, special projects, policies, committee minutes, manuals, letters forms, procedures and related material for department(s) as requested.
  • Ensures that written communication is clear, grammatically correct, proofread and approved and prior to final distribution.
Job Requirements
Required
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Three (3) years experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support
Preferred
  • Medical terminology knowledge.
