Soccer Shots Phoenix is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-paced, community-focused team. You’ll support coaching operations, customer service, and childcare partner relationships to keep daily activities running smoothly.

We value initiative, organization, and strong communication. A background in soccer or coaching helps, and the role offers growth toward leadership as you collaborate with franchise leadership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong organizational skills.
• Background in soccer and/or coaching preferred.
• Resourceful, professional, proactive, and initiative-taking.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, event planning.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Support coaching operations, customer service, and childcare partner relations.
• Communicate with families and build school relationships.
• Assist with scheduling, events, and day-to-day admin tasks.
• Grow with leadership opportunities within the organization.
