Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support a designated leader with time-sensitive, confidential administrative tasks. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel and expenses, track tasks, prepare correspondence, and assist with local facility needs across Copper Hills, South Jordan, and West Jordan clinics.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage meetings, remote presentations, and data

  • Experience managing schedules, correspondence, and meetings (remote or in-person).
  • Strong verbal and written communication including grammar and spelling.

  • Prepare correspondence and respond to inquiries with confidentiality.

Job Description:The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of various administrative functions for a designated area or leader(s) in a time sensitive, accurate, and confidential nature. Primary responsibilities include task tracking, organization of data, calendar management, correspondence, travel/expense management, response to inquiries and requests, meeting management, and support of local facility needs.Schedule - Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmThis position will be working with Prior Authorizations and assist with Scheduling ReferralsEssential FunctionsThe Administrative Coordinator works closely with their assigned group or leader(s) and serves as a liaison with other internal and external stakeholders.Under the direction of the leader(s), caregiver may be assigned special projects and may lead out on teams and initiatives.
