The primary responsibility of the Administrative Coordinator is to provide sales support to multiple sales teams and work with internal business partners to support effective positioning of American Century Investments’ products in the market. Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail are paramount, in addition to the ability to demonstrate a positive approach to problem solving and to provide intuitive solutions in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. This role reports to the Client Infrastructure and Support Manager and is a hybrid position based out of our Kansas City, MO office. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
