**Administrative Coordinator**

**What you will do**

Let’s do this! Let’s change the world! The Administrative Coordinator at Amgen provides comprehensive support to the administrative functions of the organization. Support includes

+ Manage multiple Executives’ calendars with focus on efficient time utilization, conflict management, ensuring Executives are appropriately represented at all required forums.

+ Manage & coordinate multiple Executives’ logistics for business travels [flights, hotels, transportation etc.] including timely processing of expense reports.

+ Handle prep work for program/meetings owned by multiple executives.

+ Prepare PowerPoint framework, gather agenda, issue agenda for Executives’ SLT and all staff meetings.

+ Maintain up to date distribution lists.

+ Setting up interviews as needed.

+ Proficient in all current Amgen technologies and platforms as needed [SharePoint site, OTRT, Concur etc.]

+ Support additional department needs [catering, etc]

+ Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

+ Maintain unyielding level of confidentiality & integrity with all information that flows through the role.

+ This candidate will be part of the Drug Product Technologies (DPT) admin team and will work closely with DPT Executive Assistant to manage admin related tasks.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Associate’s degree and 2 years of administrative experience OR

+ 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR

+ High school diploma / GED and 4 years of administrative experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
