Job Summary

Serve as primary point of operational contact between varying departments, vendors, and external constituents. Oversee and perform a wide variety of administrative and program support activities for efficient day-to-day management of functional unit. Manage projects to keep efficiencies streamlined and communication fluid. Achieve goals in support of mission and vision of functional department and Georgia Southern University.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff support services to meet goals and deadlines
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external groups
  • Interpret, monitor and analyze information regarding operating policies and procedures
  • Manage budgets
  • Train team members in new processes and procedures


Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma

Required Experience
  • One(1) or more years of related work experience


Proposed Salary

$20.71 - $25.88 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
