Brown University Health in Providence, RI, seeks an Administrative Support Specialist for the Department of Surgery and its quality initiatives. You will coordinate meetings, data collection, quality reporting, and M&M conferences, while maintaining accurate records and assisting physicians, staff, and leadership.
The role requires an associates degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in medical/administrative settings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Provides administrative support to the Department of Surgery and departmental quality program initiatives. Coordinates meetings, schedules, data collection, quality reporting, M&M Conferences, and departmental activities. Maintains accurate records and databases, supports quality improvement initiatives, and assists physicians, staff, and leadership as needed.
