The CUNY Mexican Studies Institute seeks an Administrative Coordinator (aHEO) to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Director and institute leadership. The Administrative Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact, managing day-today office operations, scheduling, procurement, communications, and recordkeeping to ensure the smooth functioning of the Institute.
The role required professionalism, discretion, organizational ability, and bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English). The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining efficient administrative systems and supporting Institute program, events, and initiatives.
