Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inquiries received through dedicated email inboxes
  • Monitor and process incoming faxes, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate teams
  • Handle incoming phone calls and voicemail messages, directing inquiries to the appropriate internal contacts
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors by providing timely and professional assistance
  • Order and maintain office supplies and support office operations
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, including copying, scanning, filing, data entry, and document management
  • Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative support activities as needed
  • Resolve routine administrative issues and elevate concerns when appropriate
  • Provide reception desk coverage and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Collaborate with team members and support special projects to help achieve departmental goals

The Opportunity

The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and support business objectives. This role partners with managers and employees on a variety of organizational, communication, and coordination activities while managing confidential and time-sensitive information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, sound judgement, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential to success in this position. Compensation
  • Salary Range - $45,000-$50,000 annually
