How will you make an impact:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Professional to support our front office operations and assist in administration processes. This position acts as the first point of contact for customers—both in person and by phone—while providing coordination support to Sales and Operations, supervising help desk tickets, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a commitment to operational excellence.


What winning looks like:


  • Customer Service & Front Office
    • Serve as the first line of customer service by answering incoming phone calls and providing Tier 1 support.
    • Greet and direct walk-in customers, vendors, and other guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Coordinate internal communication between Sales and Operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Respond to support tickets within Zoho Desk support system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Sales Assisting
    • Handle in-person and phone-in sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Utilize the CRM to support the sales team and process by updating customer and deal information.
    • Assist in executing last minute order changes, facilitating communication between sales and operations so details are not missed.
  • Administrative Operations
    • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Deposit checks according to company protocols and ensure timely record keeping.
    • Print and prepare orders and related documentation for operations and shipping.
  • Data Entry
    • Maintain and update seed licenses across all applicable U.S. states, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
    • Complete data entry tasks accurately, including updating customer records, order processing, and internal reporting.
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen or authorized worker
  • 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work with all levels of staff
  • Self Starter who takes initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Zoho is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling financial transactions and basic record keeping.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Able to Lift 50lbs
