The Administrative Coordinator provides operational support for Opportunity Council’s Community Services (CS) Department and including direct support to the CS leadership team throughout grant and contract lifecycles, maintenance of departmental reporting systems, training coordination. In addition, the Administrative Coordinator provides direct supervision for the department’s administrative staff and coordinates new employee onboarding. The Administrative Coordinator provides special project support, including supervision and coordination for Community Services programs as assigned.
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. This is an in-office position and does not offer remote or hybrid work options.
