Key Responsibilities Process incoming requests by mail from various stakeholders regarding insurance products Assign and upload applications and undeliverable mail to the correct work queues Sort and review archived documents by scanning and uploading them to customer records Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Previous data entry experience preferred Strong PC user skills with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel Ability to process a high volume of workload Ability to prioritize work based on importance and time sensitivity
