Qualifications

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, standardize, and update complex calendars, prioritizing critical meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts with minimal guidance.
  • Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements and efficiently process executive expense reports and management activities.
  • Lead, plan, and organize internal and external programs, team events, offsites, all-teams meetings, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to improve operational processes, manage team budgets, oversee small-to-medium projects, and advocate for office space and seating needs.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner, building strong working relationships across cross-functional teams, senior executives, and the broader administrative community.
